I began practising yoga in 2003. Over time I have found that regular breath-led movement can bring calm and acceptance to the day-to-day stresses of life. This is what I hope to pass on.
My teaching practice is rooted in my love of movement. I am a qualified Vinyasa Flow teacher but my classes are also influenced by my own practice, including ashtanga, pranayama and breath-led meditation.
Vinyasa means to move in a special way and with my classes I invite you to have the time to move in a special way, led by your breath and how your body feels in that moment.
I completed yoga teacher training (200hr certified Yoga Alliance) at Yoga On The Lane under the guidance of Naomi Annand and Adam Hocke.
I have taught at Leyton Yoga, Project:Me (Crouch End) and Blighty, Tottenham.
I teach private one-to-one classes as well as at studios. I offer discounts to those on low/no wage. Please get in touch if you would like to find out more.
