I am currently on maternity leave so not teaching classes online or in person.

  • Classes are suitable for all levels.
  • I strongly recommend using a laptop as the screen is bigger and software easier to use. But you can also use a phone.

  • If you are working with any injuries or conditions please email me to let me know.

  • You will get a link to join the class via email about 30 mins before the class. Join the class 10-15 mins in advance.

  • Keep yourself on mute during the class. Feel free to say hello and bye at the beginning and end and please do ask any vital questions if you need to. If you are getting strange feedback or echo then your microphone is probably not muted.

  • You can turn your video off but it's worth keeping it on so that I can see you.

  • Practice within your comfort level and always consult your GP or health practitioner if you have any concerns.
